Terms and Conditions of the "Saint Body x Blink Blink" Contest effective from 01/06/2023 from 10:00:00 to 6/06/2023 until 23:59:59.
I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
(1) The organizer and sponsor of the online contest called "Saint Body x Blink Blink (hereinafter: "Contest") is Glaser Group Ltd. and Saint Body Ltd. (hereinafter: "Organizer").
(2) The conditions for participation in the Contest are set out exclusively in these Contest Regulations and in the mandatory provisions of law.
3 The contest is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
(4) Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of the Contest rules contained in these Regulations. The participant undertakes to abide by the rules set forth herein.
(5) The organizer is the promisee of the prize within the meaning of Articles 919 and 921 of the Civil Code.

II. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
(1) The Contest runs from 01/06/2023 from 10:00:00 a.m. to 6/06/2023 until 11:59:59 p.m. ("Contest Time").
III. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS
(1) The Contest is open to individuals (hereinafter: "Participants") who:
1.1 are at least 13 years of age, with the proviso that persons without full legal capacity (i.e., minors or partially incapacitated persons) must obtain the prior consent of their legal guardian to participate in the Contest and to process their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations;
1.2 have a place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland; 1.3 are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 1 of the Civil Code.
(2) Participants of the Contest may not be persons employed by the Organizer or subsidiaries, affiliated or related companies of the Organizer, agencies cooperating with the Organizer, members of the Contest jury, or their families. By family is meant ascendants, descendants, spouses,
siblings and siblings of spouses, as well as persons in actual conjugal relations with them or persons in an adoption relationship with them or who share a common household.
(3) The participant takes part in the Contest independently, on his own behalf. (4) Participation in the Contest is voluntary.
(5) The Organizer reserves the right to exclude Participants from the Contest, and in extreme cases to block participation in the Contest of those Participants who violate the provisions of these Regulations, in particular:
5.1. take actions that are contrary to the law, to good morals or that harm the legitimate interests of third parties;
5.2. take actions to circumvent or indicate an attempt to circumvent the Regulations or the mechanisms and rules of the Competition;
5.3. take actions that violate the legitimate interests of the Organizer or harm its image.
IV. COMPETITION TASK
(1) The participant, in order to participate in the contest, must have access to the Internet, observe from his account on Instagram profiles https://www.instagram.com/blinkblink.pl/ and
https://www.instagram.com/saintbodyofficial/ and put in a comment under the contest post the answer to the question: what moments make you feel like a child?
V. AWARDS
1 The prize in the Contest is 2 Prizes, and each Prize consists of glasses from Blink Blink by Prada indicated in the Contest post and a dress by Saint Body Thick Stripes
(2) The Jury of the Contest, consisting of representatives of the Organizer, will select 1 winning entry. The evaluation will take into account creativity and diligence, as well as the fulfillment of all formal requirements.
(2) The winner of the Contest will be notified by the Organizer of the prize awarded to him/her within 7 working days from the date of the end of the contest (i.e. 6.06.2023 until 23:59:00 ) via a private message on Instagram with details on how to collect the prize.
(3) The prerequisite for confirmation of participation in the Contest and obtaining the Prize is receipt by the Organizer within 72h of a message confirming acceptance of the Prize by the Winner on Instagram. The Winner who does not have full legal capacity should
additionally include in the message a statement of his/her legal guardian regarding consent to the participation of the ward in the Contest.
(4) In the event that the Participant does not respond to the message from the Organizer within the time specified above, he/she forfeits the right to receive the Prize, and the Prize remains the property of the Organizer. Before issuing the Prize, the Organizer or a person designated by the Organizer has the right to verify the age of the Participant or the correctness of the consent given by the legal guardian of the Participant who does not have full legal capacity, in particular by requesting that the Participant send by e-mail within 5 working days, a scan of the Participant's identity document or, in the case of an underage Participant, a personally signed scan of the Participant's guardian's statement giving consent to participate in the Contest, together with a scan of the proof of sending such statement to the following address: info@blinkblink.pl. In the event that the Participant fails to fulfill the obligations specified in the preceding sentence, the Prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Organizer.
5 The Organizer will send the Prize to the Winner within 14 business days after receiving the Winner's message with the shipping address.
(6) A Contest participant who has received a prize shall not be entitled to claim an exchange of the prize for cash or any other type of prize.
7 Participants in the Contest shall not be entitled to reserve special features of the Prize.
(8) Participants in the Contest may not transfer the right to obtain a prize to third parties.
9 A participant can add multiple entries in the Contest but can only win one Prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to control whether the Participant's conduct was in compliance with these Regulations. The Organizer has the right to refuse to give the Prize to the Participant in case of breaking any of the points of these Regulations, and in case of revealing the fact of breaking the Regulations after the Prize has been delivered, the Organizer may demand its return. In such a case, the Prize remains the property of the Organizer, and the Participant is obliged to cover any losses incurred by the Organizer due to his/her disqualification.
(11) The Organizer shall not be responsible for the inability to issue the Prize, resulting from the Participant's failure to collect it. In such case, the Prize remains the property of the Organizer.
(12) The Organizer stipulates that the Prizes, which will remain its property, may then, at its discretion, be awarded to other Participants selected in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
VI. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
(1) Complaints about the course of the Competition may be submitted by e-mail to the address of the Organizer, i.e. info@blinkblink.pl with the note "Saint Body x Blink Blink".
(2) The complaint should include: name, surname, exact address of the Participant as well as a detailed description and indication of the reason for the complaint and the Participant's request.
(3) Complaints are considered by the Organizer immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the complaint to the Organizer. The Participant will be immediately notified of the Organizer's decision at the address provided in the complaint, but no later than within 5 days from the date of consideration of the complaint.
VII. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(1) Data obtained in connection with the Contest will be collected in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy, available at:

By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to the terms and conditions formulated under the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
(2) The Organizer shall not be responsible for any changes (or deactivation) of the provided e-mail address or account on Instagram and/or Facebook by the Participant during the course of the Contest and during the period necessary to determine the winner and award the Prize.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
(2) Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this Contest shall be resolved by the competent court of general jurisdiction.
(3) All costs associated with participation in the Contest, including the fee for Internet access, shall be borne by the Contest Participant.
(4) The Organizer declares that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, managed or affiliated with the entities that own the Facebook website.
(5) The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time, subject to respect for the acquired rights of Participants.
(6) The Regulations shall enter into force on the date of the beginning of the Contest.
