I. PERSONAL DATA

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 Provision of Personal Data is voluntary, provided to the Administrator directly by the User by filling out the forms available online.
2.2 Failure to provide certain required information may mean that it will not be possible to manage your registration as a user or to use certain features or services available through the Portal. The user undertakes that the personal information provided is true. Due to the nature of the service provided electronically, it is not possible to use it anonymously.
2.3 If you provide us with personal data of third parties, you will be responsible for informing such third parties and obtaining their consent to provide such data for the purposes indicated in the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy.
3. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
3.1 We collect data, such as name, company (if legitimate), e-mail, telephone number, delivery address, as a result of agreements between the Administrator and the User. The Administrator processes the data provided in the process of purchase and use of the Portal functions.
3.2 Data collected as a result of e-mail or telephone contact when the User to whom the data relates directs an inquiry or other correspondence to the Administrator. The Administrator may process that person's data such as name, surname, e-mail address, mailing address.
3.3 Data collected as a result of voluntary subscription to the Newsletter. The Administrator may process a person's data such as name, surname, e-mail address.
4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1 Identify you as a user of the Portal and provide you with access to features, products and services that are available to you as a registered user. Data collected during registration will be used to enable the User to log into our system.
4.2 Entering into a purchase agreement for the products you have purchased or any other agreement through the Portal. The data collected during the purchase transaction will be used to complete the transaction.
4.3 Contact the User by e-mail, telephone, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, if necessary.
4.4 Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, is collected only where the user has explicitly consented to it by filling out the form. We retain and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform the function.

5.1 If you personally agree to subscribe to the Newsletter, we will provide you with commercial information regarding our products, promotions and services via email.
5.2 You may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by following the information provided in each message.
6. VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so may prevent our store from providing services.
7. THE RIGHT TO ACCESS AND CORRECT THE CONTENT OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1 Each User has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The User may also revoke the given consent to process his/her Personal Data.
7.2 The right to delete data does not apply if the User has an open order that has not yet been shipped or has been shipped only partially, has an unfinished complaint procedure, has an outstanding debt to Saint Body Ltd.
8. DATA SECURITY
8.1 The Administrator shall ensure the security of personal data by means of appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage.
8.2 Personal data transferred from the website to the operator's server has been secured by an encrypted SSL connection. The Administrator secures personal data using a high level of security as indicated in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 100, item 1024).
II. COOKIES
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES (CAKES)
