Terms and conditions of the "Saint Body x Blink Blink" Competition valid from 01.06.2023 from 10:00:00 to 6.06.2023 until 23:59:59.
I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The online competition entitled "Saint Body x Blink Blink" (hereinafter: "Competition") is organised and sponsored by Glaser Group Sp. z o.o. and Saint Body sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: "Organiser").
(2) The conditions for participation in the Competition are set out exclusively in these Competition Rules and in the mandatory provisions of law.
The competition is organised in the Republic of Poland.
4 Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of the Contest rules contained in these Rules. The Participant undertakes to abide by the rules set out herein.
(5) The organiser is the promisee of the prize within the meaning of Articles 919 and 921 of the Civil Code.

II. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
1 The Competition runs from 01.06.2023 from 10:00:00 to 6.06.2023 until 23:59:59 ("Competition Time").
III. PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITION
1 The Competition is open to individuals (hereinafter: "Participants") who:
1.1 be at least 13 years of age with the proviso that persons without full legal capacity (i.e. minors or persons partially incapacitated) must obtain the prior consent of their legal guardian to participate in the Competition and to have their personal data processed in accordance with the provisions of the Rules;
1.2 have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland; 1.3 are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 1 of the Civil Code.
(2) Participants of the Competition may not be persons employed by the Organiser or the Organiser's subsidiaries, affiliated or associated companies, agencies cooperating with the Organiser, members of the Competition jury, or their families. By family is meant ascendants, descendants, spouses,
siblings and siblings of spouses and persons in actual conjugal life with them or persons in an adoptive relationship or sharing a common household with them.
(3) The Entrant enters the Competition on his/her own behalf. (4) Participation in the Competition is voluntary.
5 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude Participants from the Competition, and in extreme cases to block the participation of those Participants who violate the provisions of these Regulations, in particular:
5.1. take actions which are contrary to the law, to good morals or which harm the legitimate interests of third parties;
5.2. take action to circumvent or indicate an attempt to circumvent the Rules or the mechanisms and rules of the Competition;
5.3. take actions which damage the legitimate interests of the Organiser or harm its image.
IV. COMPETITION TASK
(1) In order to participate in the competition, the participant must have access to the Internet, observe from his/her account on Instagram the profiles https://www.instagram.com/blinkblink.pl/ and
https://www.instagram.com/saintbodyofficial/ and put in a comment under the competition post the answer to the question: what moments make you feel like a child?
V. AWARDS
1. there are 2 Prizes in the Competition and each Prize consists of the glasses from Blink Blink by Prada indicated in the competition post and a dress by Saint Body Thick Stripes
The Jury of the Competition, consisting of representatives of the Organiser, will select 1 winning entry. Creativity and diligence as well as fulfilment of all formal requirements will be taken into account in the evaluation.
(2) The winner of the Competition will be notified by the Organiser of the prize awarded to him/her within 7 working days from the closing date of the competition (i.e. 6.06.2023 until 23:59:00 ) via a private message on Instagram together with details of how to claim the prize.
(3) In order to confirm participation in the Competition and to receive the Prize, it is necessary for the Organiser to receive, within 72h, a message confirming the Winner's acceptance of the Prize on Instagram. The Winner who does not have full legal capacity should
additionally include in the message a statement from their legal guardian concerning their consent to their ward's participation in the Competition.
(4) In the event that the Participant does not respond to the message from the Organiser within the time limit specified above, the Participant forfeits the right to receive the Prize and the Prize remains the property of the Organiser. Prior to the release of the Prize, the Organizer or a person designated by the Organizer has the right to verify the age of the Entrant or the correctness of the consent given by the Entrant's legal guardian who does not have full legal capacity, in particular by requesting that the Entrant's identity document be emailed within 5 business days or, in the case of an underage Entrant, a personally signed scan of the Entrant's guardian's statement consenting to the participation in the Competition together with a scan of the proof of sending such a statement to the following address: info@blinkblink.pl. In the event that the Entrant fails to comply with the obligations specified in the preceding sentence, the Prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Organiser.
5 The Organiser will send the Prize to the Winner within 14 working days of receiving the Winner's message with the shipping address.
(6) A participant in the Competition who has received a prize shall not be entitled to claim an exchange of the prize for cash or any other type of prize.
7 Participants in the Competition do not have the right to reserve any particular features of the Prize.
(8) Participants in the Competition may not transfer the right to obtain the prize to third parties.
9 An Entrant can add multiple entries to the Competition but can only win one Prize.
(10) The Organiser reserves the right to control whether the Participant's conduct complied with these Rules and Regulations. The Organiser has the right to refuse to give the Prize to the Participant in the event of a breach of any point of these Regulations and in the event of a breach of the Regulations being discovered after the Prize has been delivered, the Organiser may demand that the Prize be returned. In such a case, the Prize shall remain the property of the Organiser and the Participant shall be obliged to cover any losses incurred by the Organiser due to his/her disqualification.
(11) The Organiser shall not be liable for any inability to deliver the Prize due to the Participant's failure to collect it. In such a case, the Prize remains the property of the Organiser.
(12) The Organiser reserves that the Prizes, which will remain its property, may subsequently, at its discretion, be awarded to other Participants selected in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
VI. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
1 Complaints about the course of the Competition may be submitted by e-mail to the Organiser's address, i.e. info@blinkblink.pl with the subject line "Saint Body x Blink Blink".
(2) The complaint should include: name, surname, exact address of the Participant as well as a detailed description and indication of the reason for the complaint and the Participant's request.
(3) Complaints shall be considered by the Organiser immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the complaint to the Organiser. The Participant will be informed of the Organiser's decision immediately at the address given in the complaint, but no later than within 5 days from the date of complaint consideration.
VII. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1 Data obtained in connection with the Competition will be collected in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy, available at:

By participating in the Competition, each Entrant agrees to the terms and conditions formulated within the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
2 The Organiser shall not be responsible for any changes (or deactivation) of the provided email address or account on Instagram and/or Facebook by the Entrant during the Contest and during the period necessary for the selection of the winner and the awarding of the Prize.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
(2) Any disputes arising from the performance of the obligations relating to this Competition shall be settled by the competent common court.
(3) All costs associated with participation in the Competition, including the Internet access fee, shall be borne by the Competition Participant.
(4) The organiser declares that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, managed or associated with the entities that own the Facebook website.
(5) The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time, subject to respect for the acquired rights of Participants.
(6) The Rules of Procedure shall enter into force on the day the Competition begins.
