HOW CAN I PURCHASE FROM THE SHOP?

To place an order, click on the "add to cart" icon next to the product of your choice. You can proceed immediately to the completion of your order or continue using the website. At any time during the use of our Online Shop you can control and edit the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on "shopping cart" located on the screen. To purchase the products you have added to your virtual shopping cart, go to your virtual shopping cart, click on the "complete order" button and follow the on-screen instructions. If you already have an individual Customer Account on the site, at the time of order processing you will be asked to log in or start the registration process. Once you have logged in to the online shop, all the ordering data you entered at the time of registration will be automatically inserted into the order form. Please note, however, that you can modify the personal data you have entered before confirming your purchase.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?

You can pay for your ordered products via PayU and Stripe ( Apple Pay ). If you wish to receive an invoice from us, please enter all the necessary details at the same stage of your order. Remember to accept the Privacy Policy.  If your order is not paid through the payment error, you can pay by traditional bank transfer. You have 48 hours to pay for such an order.

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING THE ORDER SHOULD I PAY FOR IT?

If you have chosen the pre-payment option when placing your order, you should pay for the ordered products within 2 working days of placing the order. Please note that failure to pay for your order within the time indicated above will automatically result in your order being cancelled.

If the product you are interested in is not available you can contact us to place an order by e-mail: kontakt@saintbody.com We will let you know immediately if processing of your order is possible and by what date.

CAN I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS ?

If you are a sole trader and have registered for VAT, this is an option. In this case, the invoice data must be filled in correctly if different from that of the Purchaser.
