1. ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of the personal data processed within the framework of the online shop is SAINT BODY SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Żurawia 2/43, 00-503 in Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw - XII Economic Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000618297.

The Administrator analyses personal data in an automated manner using tools provided by software providers (e.g. by means of statistics, history). The purpose of processing data in an automated manner is for the shop to learn about User preferences

2. PERSONAL DATA

2.1 The provision of Personal Data is voluntary, provided directly by the User to the Administrator by filling in the forms available online.

2.2 Failure to provide certain required information may mean that it will not be possible to manage your registration as a user or to use certain functions or services available through the Portal. The user undertakes that the personal information provided is correct. Due to the nature of the service provided electronically, it is not possible to use it anonymously.

2.3 If you provide us with personal data about third parties, you will be responsible for informing such third parties and obtaining their consent to provide such data for the purposes indicated in the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy.

3. THE SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

3.1 We collect data such as name, company (if applicable), e-mail, telephone number, delivery address as a result of the conclusion of contracts between the Administrator and the User. The Administrator processes the data provided during the purchase process and the use of the Portal functions.

3.2 Data collected as a result of e-mail or telephone contact when the Data Subject addresses an enquiry or other correspondence to the Controller. The Administrator may process this person's data such as name, surname, e-mail address, correspondence address.

3.3 Data collected as a result of voluntary subscription to the Newsletter. The administrator may process a person's data such as name, surname, e-mail address.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

4.1 To identify you as a user of the Portal and to provide you with access to the features, products and services that are available to you as a registered user. The data collected during registration will be used to enable the User to log into our system.

4.2 To conclude a purchase agreement for the products you have purchased or any other agreement through the Portal. The data collected during the purchase transaction will be used to complete the transaction.

4.3 Contact the User by email, telephone, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication if necessary.

4.4 Additional personal data, such as your e-mail address, is only collected where you have expressly consented to this by completing the form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform the respective function.

5. NEWSLETTER

5.1 If you personally agree to subscribe to the Newsletter, we will provide you with commercial information about our products, promotions and services by email.

5.2 The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by following the information provided in each message.

6. VOLUNTARINESS OF PERSONAL DATA

The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so may prevent our shop from providing its services.

7. THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1 Each User has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The User may also withdraw the given consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data.

7.2 The right to delete data does not apply if the User has an open order which has not yet been dispatched or has only been partially dispatched, has unfinished complaints, has an outstanding debt to Saint Body Ltd.

8. DATA SECURITY

8.1 The Controller shall ensure the security of personal data by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures aimed at preventing unlawful data processing and accidental loss, destruction and damage.

8.2 Personal data transmitted from the website to the operator's server are secured by an encrypted SSL connection. The Administrator secures personal data using the high level of security indicated in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 100, item 1024).

II. COOKIES

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files sent and stored on the device through which you use websites. These cookies make it possible to recognise a user's preferences and to adapt the functionality of websites to their needs. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the cookie's lifetime and its value, which is usually a randomly generated unique number.

2. USE OF COOKIES

Cookies are mostly used to remember information about the user indicating their preferences, including page layout, text size, colours, and to identify logged-in users and show users that they are logged in to a particular website.

Among the Cookies, a distinction can be made between those that are essential for the operation of the Portal. Cookies belonging to this category are used to provide:

The Saintbody.com website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. that counts visitors to the Portal and reports the average time they spend on the Portal or the average number of pages they viewed.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, with the proviso that Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
