This Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data by SAINT BODY Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Żurawia 2/43 Street, 00-503 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register 0000618297 ("Administrator", "We", "Us") in connection with the operation of the online store available at the following address https://saintbody.com ("Store", "Service").

3.1 Data scope:
- Name, company (if applicable), e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, payment data - in connection with the processing of the order.
- Data provided when contacting the Administrator: name, e-mail address, telephone, correspondence.
- Data provided when signing up for the newsletter: first name (optional), email address.
- Technical and "cookie" data related to the use of the Website (IP address, browser type, access time, etc.).

4 Recipients of data / transfer of data
- Data may be transferred to subcontractors on the Administrator's side (e.g. courier companies, payment operators, hosting companies, analytical companies) - on the basis of a contract for entrustment of personal data processing.
- The administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If this is changed, users will be informed.
- In the case of a legal obligation or decision of an authority, the Administrator may be required to disclose data.

6 Voluntariness of providing data
Provision of data is voluntary, however, if you fail to provide data required for the execution of the order (e.g. name, surname, delivery address), it may not be possible to perform the service (sales execution).
7 Cookies and similar technologies
7.1 "Cookies" are small text files stored on the User's device.
7.2 We use on the Service:
- files necessary for the operation of the Service;
- Analytics files (e.g. Google Analytics) for traffic analysis;
- marketing/advertising files for displaying personalized content.
