1. ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of the personal data processed within the online store is SAINT BODY SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Warsaw at Żurawia 2/43, 00-503 in Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw - XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000618297.

The Administrator analyzes personal data in an automated manner using tools provided by software providers (e.g. using statistics, history). The purpose of processing data in an automated manner is for the store to learn the preferences of Users

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1 Provision of Personal Data is voluntary, provided to the Administrator directly by the User by filling out the forms available online.

7.2 The right to delete data does not apply if the User has an open order that has not yet been shipped or has been shipped only partially, has an unfinished complaint procedure, has an outstanding debt to Saint Body Ltd.
